1. I want to exchange my ukash voucher to liberty reserve, perfect money, paypal, liqpay and etc.? How can I exchange?
You need to fill the exchange form in our site and send. Then you need to wait for your payment.

2. What is the duration of exchange procedure? How long should I wait after I fill the exchange form and send?
Exchange procedure takes 24 hours, but we can take some time(48 hours) to process it. Mostly our operator send your payment in 10-30 minutes by api payment system in liberty reserve, perfect money or ther ecurrency and you will get an email showing the status of your order. If you got the confirmation email telling that your order successfully procssed it means that payment reflects to your liberty reserve account balance in 10-30 minutes. 3. I filled the exchange form and sent my order. What should I do next ?

All orders status will be send to you by email. So check your emails including junk emails. In the emails it will be excplained if your exchange order successfully done or rejected. If you didnt get your payment for your voucher it means that your voucher is either invalid or used somewhere else. Because of that send us just new and valid vouchers to exchange with us successfully. Do not send us vouchers which you tried to exchange in other exchangers. Because there are lots of exchangers using your voucher and not paying. Because of that dont send us used vouchers like this.
